Sound Healing

In Hindu translation,

"Nada Brahma" means

"the world is sound."

 

Sounds encourage a return to natural harmony and order.

 

The goal of Sound Healing is to be more in tune with oneself, to feel one's own presence, perceive joy in life, and replenish mental balance and strength.

The human body is composed of 80% water. In sound massage, this water is set in motion by the sound waves.

Every sound and frequency emitted by the healing vibrations of the bowls resonates with the body.

A symbiosis is formed, connecting you effortlessly and in complete passivity with the world of the invisible and the sacred high-frequency sounds, simultaneously bringing you back to yourself.

Singing bowls are very effective in quieting the mind and opening access to deeper layers of consciousness, inducing a trance-like state of relaxation.

Theta Healing®

ThetaHealing® was developed by Vianna Stibal in the 1990s and draws on insights from the healing wisdom of ancient spiritual cultures and the principles of quantum physics.

ThetaHealing® is a meditative process associated with the so-called Theta state. Theta is the first stage of the dream state in the brain, and at this frequency, memories, sensations, attitudes, beliefs, and subconscious behaviors can be influenced.

You can think of your subconscious as a kind of hard drive that automatically plays stored programs. Almost 90 percent of all our decisions are made by the subconscious mins.

To achieve sustainable change, it is crucial to consciously reprogram the hard drive, bringing your system to the highest frequency.

With ThetaHealing®, we work directly on your subconscious, allowing us to transform entrenched beliefs, behaviors, or convictions in the most effective and optimal way, creating the possibility for you to live your best life.

Body Sensing

In a Body Sensing Session, we dive into the wisdom of your body and and your emotions.

You will learn to interpret the language of your body and receive empowerment tools to activate your own body wisdom and control your emotions.

YOU create the most important relationship – the one with yourself.

You've likely experienced it: a queasy feeling in your stomach, pressure on your chest, or a lump in your throat. These are the signals from our bodies.

With Body Sensing, we will examine these "unpleasant" feelings in a safe space and subsequently transform them.

Through conscious focus on the "unpleasant feelings," Body Sensing changes old blockages and strengthens your body activation.

 

Your backpack of pent-up emotions becomes lighter,

and you will find joy, get to know yourself better, learn to love and accept yourself, and embrace your shadow aspects.
